Tremetrics RA650 

The Tremetrics RA650 microprocessor audiometer is designed primarily for group testing applications.  With multiple channels, the RA650 can test up to 8 subjects at a time and is ideal for mobile health screening applications.Group hearing testing has never been easier. The RA650, the latest addition to the popular R600 Series family, packs comprehensive audiometric testing capability into a minimum of desk space. An operator can test up to 48 subjects per hour (with an 8-channel system), all from one PC console or laptop. Distinctive graphic symbols and color-coded cabling make setup a snap. Ideal for mobile and government/military applications, the RA650 offers our proprietary multimedia features, and can also provide convenient data management through FOSHM™, Tremetrics Windows-based health and safety software program.

  RA650 CHASSIS, POWER SUPPLY/CONTROLLER 

  Audio Channels: Accepts up to a maximum of four (4) RA650 audiometer channels. Two RA650 chassis can be used to test up to eight subjects.

  Frequency accuracy: Better than 1%, crystal controlled. 

  Distortion: Total harmonic distortion below 40 dB (1%). 

  HL attenuator: -10 to 100 dB in 5 dB steps. 

  HL accuracy: +/- 1 dB. 

  Calibration: EEPROM calibration, frequency requires no adjustment; calibration date entered at time of calibration. 

  Rise/Fall time: Meets ANSI specifications. 

  Earphones: Telephonics TDH-39, 10 ohm earphones in Model 41 cushions.

  COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS 

  The RA650 must be used with a PC Data management System. The PC and database management software are not included in the price of the RA650. Tremetrics can provide pricing for the FOSHM PC Data Management System upon request. 

  Computer: Intel Pentium or equivalent running Windows® 95 or NT. Color monitor (VGA minimum). 

  Minimum disk storage: 10 MB on hard drive, one 3 ½" floppy drive. 

  Minimum memory: 16 MB RAM.
